Following a strategic review, including consultation with investors in Q1 2025, the Board recommended that the Company undertake a managed realisation of its assets and return capital to shareholders.
In initiating the review and making its recommendation, the Board was mindful of the Company's small size as a listed business, limited market liquidity and the discount to NAV at which the shares were trading.
